I've forgotten my username and password for the members' area. What can I do?
Simply head for the Password Reminder and follow the instructions. A reminder of your username and password will be e-mailed to you shortly.
Why doesn't my username/password work?
Your username and password are case-sensitive. That is, if your username is jonesa you have to type it in exactly like that. Neither JONESA nor JonesA will work.
Can my web browser remember my username and password?
Yes. When you log on simply click in the box alongside 'Remember my login details'.
Why don't the links at the top of the list archive pages work in my browser?
Some older browsers such as Internet Explorer 3 don't understand local links (links to a resource on the same page as the link itself) properly. There is little you can do about this other than to upgrade your browser.
What can the Private-Rx mailing lists be used for?
Each mailing list covers a specific range of topics, and members are requested to try to remain "on topic", i.e. to only post messages to a

The main Pharmacy list is for the discussion of pharmacy related topics, and discussion should be confined to matters of a broadly pharmaceutical nature.

The Tech list is for discussion of IT-related issues.

The Chat list is a free for all. It tends to get used predominantly for jokes, football, books and general chit-chat.
